Anwar Ahmad Ansari  is an Indian Social Entrepreneur,Politician And National-Vice Chairman,All India Congress Committee.(Minority Department) He is also Vice President,Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committe & Convener,Koderma Loksabha Coordination Committe. Mr Ansari also act as the Chairmain Of   “The Chotanagpur Handloom & Khadi Weavers’ Co-operative Union Ltd.”, located at Irba, Ranchi. The co-operative union works to protect and promote the livelihoods of weavers’ community  in the region. Mr. Ansari is considered a prominent leader in the Momin Ansari community of Jharkhand; he is involved with many social initiatives targeting the well-being of weavers’. The Chotanagpur Handloom & khadi Weavers’ Co-operative union Ltd, was on the verge of collapse before Mr. Ansari took over in 2015. It is now a fast-expanding organization that is working towards the welfare of the Momin Ansari and other tribal community.

Life and Education
Anwar Ahmad Ansari was born to Abdur Razzaque Ansari and Bibi Nafirun Nissa at   Irba, an idyllic village in the heartland of Jharkhand. The youngest of five sons, Anwar Ahmad Ansari, spent a significant portion of his life at  Irba, where he completed his education.

Mr. Ansari’s father, Abdur Razzaque Ansari was once a handloom weaver in the community. He sought to promote cooperation between weavers’ and uplift them by creating cooperative societies across the Chotanagpur region. Abdur Razzaque Ansari’s work was highly lauded by the people and political leaders, leading to his own entry into politics in 1946 as a Member of Indian National Congress ,  He got elected as MLC In United Bihar year  1964. With the support of the people, Abdur Razzaque Ansari became a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Bihar in 1989. Inspired by his father’s work, Anwar Ahmad Ansari sought to work towards bettering the lives of others.

Anwar Ahmad Ansari completed his graduation from Ranchi University, after which he moved to Calcutta, where he began a textile business with his family. In 2007, Mr. Ansari worked With a Electronic Media as a Senior State Coordinator . In 2007, Mr. Ansari returned to Ranchi to continue his family business. He now acts as the Chairman for the Chotanagpur Handloom  & Khadi Weavers’ Co-operative Union Ltd., an establishment that his father fought to create
